As a store platform for all our brands, we have return policies that are unique to each and every brand. Please see below for the specific exchange/return policies for each of our brands:

VENQUE products that were purchased online can be refunded within fifteen (15) days of the shipping date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase. It is our company policy that the customer must pay for all shipping expenses on the return/exchange of VENQUE products. Exceptions may be made if the reason for the return is a mistake on our behalf. All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed and be accompanied by the original tags. All returned items must include the original sales receipt.
- Articles are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned in saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt.
- Returns may be sent to our Customer Service Center, or you may take your return to any of our retail stores in the U.S.
- Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit.

- You are eligible to change or return within 30 days from purchase. The item must be in original condition, and of course unused and we would prefer you return it in the original packaging. You pay for the return freight. Your return order must be packed in a box or bag.
- If for any reason you aren't happy with your necklace or if you have any questions at all, please send us an email and we'll respond promptly. Or call us at 1-902-488-4161. We're here to help. We do not offer returns or exchanges due to change in mind. If there was an error from our part, we will happily cover all shipping costs for returns and exchange the item quickly upon receiving the incorrect necklace!
- Sterling silver is 14 days of delivery for a full refund (sans shipping costs), buyer is responsible for shipping costs
- Gold is 7 days
- Leather is 14 days, but requires a 20% restocking fee

Final Sale items are not eligible for store credit, refund or exchange.
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. While we make every effort to ensure your case arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.
Should you wish to return your item(s), please kindly email us with the reason of return, within 10 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable).

Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
We will gladly accept returns on full price items when postmarked within 7 days of order delivery. The returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odour or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. We reserve the right to deny any return. returned items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment minus the cost of shipping. exchanges will be shipped out free of charge once original item purchased has been returned.

Milk and Honey
Full-price merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the date on your invoice. Items returned after 30 days will be credited the current selling price. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept merchandise after 30 days from the original ship date.

Exchange is available for a different size of the same style. The cost of shipping back will apply on the purchaser. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued.
You have 7 days from receiving your package to cancel the order. Exchange and refunds must be conducted within 14 days of delivery, after this Bedouin® refuses the right to accept a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights. Bedouin Bags Ltd accept returns up to one month (30 days) you must keep your purchase in exactly the condition it was received if you wish to return it for a refund. If not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you have up to 30 days to return it for a full-refund. This is not applicable on hard-drives and apparel items.
Bags ordered with a hard-drive may be returned as long as the hard-drive is in its original packaging with the seal unbroken. Once the seal to the hard-drive packaging is broken, it is not returnable. Only the bag may be returned for a refund up to the value of the bag and power supply only.
Any unused, unwashed or defective merchandise may be returned for a full refund up to 30 days after the date shipped. Please note that the hangtags must still be attached to the product to be considered new. We will only refund products that are in new condition and sent back within the first 30 days from when the product was shipped. After 30 days, purchases are not returnable unless a warranty claim is being made.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchange for any Dapper Designs products.
Many items are handmade to order and cannot be exchanged. If you are unhappy with an item, please contact us.
We offer free returns for store credit within 30 days.

Gaxs Watches return period is 14 days from the day the product/products has been received.
Gaxs Watches shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product and as soon as possible, but latest within 14 days of the product being returned. You are oblige to pay for the return delivery of the product. Gaxs Watches will pay to send replacement products.
In your message to us you must clearly state that you regret your purchase. The return period is counted from the day you received the purchased the full, or a significant part of the product. If you have purchased a customised product -or a product with a significant personal customisation, the return period is counted from the day Gaxs Watches have informed you about the product.
When returning a product
You are obliged to keep the product in the same condition as when delivered.
You must not have used the product, however you have the right to investigate the condition the product was in when delivered. If damage or harm is caused to a product while investigated the product does not qualify for the return policy.

Items can be returned for exchange or for store credit within 14 days from delivery. Items must be returned in the same original condition and packaging, without damage.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Lexdray online purchase, you can return the product(s) to Lexdray for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

You must request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Your RMA will be emailed to you in a PDF document, pre-paid by Lexdray (USA only), which should be printed out and placed on the carton being returned. Returns must be mailed within 7 days of receiving your PDF document. We do not offer pre-paid return labels for customers who purchase product from outside the continental USA. Returns coming from outside the continental USA must arrive pre-paid by the customer.
We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Please allow 2 weeks for the processing of your reimbursement from the date we receive your package.
If you receive a package from us that looks damaged to the extent that the merchandise may be damaged, refuse delivery and let us know by email immediately at email@example.com.

We recommend that you return the item through a traceable shipper.**
When processing your return, we will refund the same credit card and/or Certificate used to place the original order.
When processing your exchange, we will first refund the same credit used to place the original order, then charge you for the merchandise you are wanting in the exchange. In the event the item you want in exchange for your original purchase in not available you will be notified via email.
*If you do not have your original Return Detail, please include the following information with your return or exchange: bill-to name, address and phone number; ship-to name, address and phone number; order number; reason for return or exchange; and requested exchange items if applicable.
**We suggest that all returns and exchanges be sent via a trackable carrier such as UPS or FedEx. Egard is not responsible for packages lost in transit if sent via a non-trackable carrier.
We will ensure that all EU customers are covered by the UK’s Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
This means you can cancel and return any on-line order within fourteen (14) working days of receipt of the goods, unless this order has been personalised or made especially for you, in which case orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
We are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped, therefore if you need to cancel your order we would advice you to contact us immediately after the order has been placed.
For any changes to the order, you must contact us immediately after the order has been placed and we will discuss the options with you.
Before sending the items back to us, you must wait for us to send you a confirmation of return, which will give you further instructions to help you send the goods back to us.
Please note that, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you are responsible for the full cost of returning any unwanted goods, unless the goods are faulty, in which case we will agree with you the best way to return the goods.
Moreover, you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods you wish to return. You can therefore be held responsible for any damage occurring after you have received the goods, including during the return transport. It is therefore advisable to take on any extra insurance to cover the goods in transit, as well as keep proof of despatch.
Please make sure you return the goods unused and undamaged, with the original gift box (as this will contribute to better protection of the items in transit). Should you return faulty items, please mention faults accordingly in the accompanying documents.
Once we have received your returned goods, you are entitled to a full refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition. We will endeavour to reimburse your returned goods within fourteen (14) working days of receipt of the returned goods.
Should we receive returned goods without prior notice or beyond the time limits stated above, we reserve the right to refuse the goods or issue credit notes instead of refunds. These credit notes can take the form of a digital gift card/voucher.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
- The shipping of items purchased in our online shop is free within Europe. Please refer to the information in the shop for more details on additional shipping costs.
- For deliveries outside the EU, further costs may be incurred (customs, any customs fees and import sales tax) on importation into a third country. These other costs are to be carried by the customer.
- We know the feeling if you can't wait to hold a special purchase in your hands and therefore handle your orders with high priority. We will post your package 1 to 2 days after payment receipt and the average delivery time within Europe is 3-5 working days.
- All our packages are shipped registered with the national mail service. Right after posting your order, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number so that you can track down your package any time via the website of your national mail service.
- There are several payment options available (credit card, PayPal and pre-payment via bank transfer) subject to the conditioned mentioned in the order process.
- The price specified at time of order applies. All prices include VAT.
- INA KOELLN stands for style without compromise. So in case you are not totally happy with the product after receiving it, we voluntarily give you the option to return the product to us at your own expense. This is possible within 14 days of the receipt, independant of your legal right of revocation and without having to give any reasons. We will either refund you the full paid amount or exchange the returned product for another item of the same value. Just make sure that the original hangtag is still on the product.
