The turnaround time to fix outstanding issues is usually 30 days.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. Returned items must be unused and unworn, and be returned in original packaging with any documentation and labels. Unless specified otherwise, the refund will be issued to the customer via bank transfer, and at the price at which they were purchased. To return an item, please send the product back to the following address:

Returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise are accepted for up to 15 days from purchase for a full refund or exchange. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.Please enclose your packing slip and use your prepaid shipping label to send your U.S. Egard purchase back for return or exchange. If you have lost your Egard label or packing slip, please call customer care at 310-560-1162.
